Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:
  • Orders are packed and shipped from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Time.
  • Once an order has been placed, please allow 2-3 business days for a tracking number to be generated. This is considered our handling time.
  • Shipping timelines are processed during weekdays and don’t include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Shipping Methods and Rates:
  • We exclusively use USPS to ship all orders nationwide.
  • We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $5 for all orders.
  • Please note that delivery can take up to 5 to 7 business days.
Shipping Restrictions:
  • We only ship to physical addresses. P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Tracking:
  • After the handling time, you will receive a tracking number for your order. You can use this number to track your package and get an estimated delivery date.
Returns and Exchanges:
  • We accept returns and exchanges for items within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure that the items are in their original condition.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
  • Our orders do not come with insurance. If your package gets lost in transit, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Holiday Shipping:
  • During the holiday season, please be aware that shipments can experience delays of an extra 3-4 days. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely delivery.
